1. The service

Wallory provides wallpaper browsing and downloads, favorites, creator showcases, and membership services. Features may change as the product develops.

2. User accounts

You agree to:

• Provide accurate information where requested
• Protect the security of your account
• Not share an account for commercial use

You must not:

• Create false accounts
• Use automated tools to abuse or scrape the service
• Interfere with the operation or security of the App

3. Wallpaper use

Wallpapers made available through Wallory are licensed for personal-device use, including phone wallpaper, lock-screen backgrounds, and personal customization.

Without permission, you may not:

• Sell wallpapers commercially
• Redistribute wallpaper files
• Build a competing wallpaper library from the content
• Scrape or download content in bulk

4. Wallory Pro

Wallory Pro provides unlimited downloads and access to Pro-exclusive wallpapers. Auto-renewable subscriptions are purchased and billed through your Apple ID. Your subscription renews unless canceled according to the App Store terms. You can manage or cancel it in your Apple ID subscription settings.

5. Creator content

Wallory may allow creators to submit work. Creators represent that they hold the necessary rights, do not infringe third-party rights, and provide accurate information. Wallory may review or remove content and restrict access when rules are violated.

6. Rewarded ads

After a Free user reaches the daily download allowance, they may voluntarily complete a rewarded ad to unlock one download of the selected standard wallpaper. Rewards are non-transferable, single-use, and do not apply to Pro wallpapers. A download is not granted if the ad is not completed, verification fails, or a daily rewarded-ad limit is reached. Pro and Lifetime members do not see rewarded ads.

7. Prohibited content

Creators may not upload sexual or nude content, hateful content, violent extremist content, infringing content, or unlawful content.

8. Service availability

Wallory does not guarantee uninterrupted service or permanent availability of every item. We may update the catalog, remove work, or adjust features.

9. Disclaimer

Wallory and its content are provided “as is.” We do not guarantee that all content will match every personal preference or that the service will always be error-free.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms. Continued use of the App after an update means that you accept the updated Terms.
